The production department is spread over an area of 1600 square meters and has mechanical presses ranging from 35 tons of power to 315 tons, equipped with automatic feeding devices including a decoiler and smoothing calender for thicknesses up to 5 mm.
The machine park now has more than 12 presses for automatic or recovery work, either from a coil or square in different materials: aluminum, iron, galvanized, pre-painted, stainless steel and coppe.
To complete the main services are performed:
- Tig, mig and wire welding
- assembly of pre-printed elements
- Drilling
- Thread
- Boring
- Metal grinding
We also collaborate with various production companies to offer further services for laser cutting, galvanizing, welding, painting, tumbling and electropolishing.
